Exchanges

• Before making a return please consider an exchange
• Email info@moonrest.com with you order number and let us know what size sham you have and we can help you select the correct size insert for that sham.  
• If exchanging there is no need to return the incorrect pillow, simply pay the actual shipping cost to have the correct pillow shipped to you

Returns

• Customers must pay to have all returns shipped back to MoonRest
• Dirty or Used pillows will not be refunded
• No refunds after 30 days
